Position :  Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer

The Company supplies networking products that meet the ease-of-use, quality, reliability, performance and affordability requirements of these users. NETGEAR's suite of approximately 100 products enables users to share Internet access, peripherals, files, digital multimedia content and applications among multiple personal computers and other Internet-enabled devices. These products are grouped into three major segments: Ethernet Networking, Broadband, and Wireless Networking, which include switches, adapters, and secure wired and wireless routers and gateways.

We are currently expanding our sales channels and looking for a sales engineer to be responsible for pre-sales support of VAR's.

Position : Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer

Location : Beijing (one people)

Responsibilities include the following :

• Provide assistance to VARs in solution formulation and recommendation using the suite of Netgear products
• Build long term relationship with the assigned customers to act as a focal point for technical requests
• Responding to RFP’s and Tenders
• Presentation of Netgear solutions
• Delivery of technical trainings

Requirements :

• At least bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• More than 3 years in technical support of networking products
• Demonstrated capability in supporting major accounts
• Solid working knowledge of networking products such as WLAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls and VPN products,
• Ability to work well with engineering team, sales team and with customers
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
• Requires extensive travel
